That being said, the thumb stud is housed a little too closely to the edge of the handle to really get any single hand action opening.<br /><br />The action would have had a heavy impact on my interest for this line, however the knife is specially designed for a "open-on-withdraw" manual action. This style of action is designed for the guard to be caught by your pants pocket lip as you withdraw it and "bam" you have an open knife as soon as you release it from it's "resting place".<br /><br />This for me was the huge selling point of the folder, of which it's not only very convenient but a terrific conversational piece to show your friends just how cool your blade is.The Knife Storehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10404252231110553268noreply@blogger.com
