He's planning on pursuing a $1 million dollar lawsuit against the sandwich chain giant of which he filed in a Manhattan State Court.

Agnesini, went on to say "If i didn't look at it, I don't know what would have happend, that's the last thing you think about a sandwich you eat all the time."

Cold Steel Ti-Lite CS-26S

I had a unique opportunity to evaluate the Cold Steel Ti-Lite CS-26S which is stilletto style pocket knife (folder) with a 4 in. blade made of AUS8A stainless steel, and a titanium forged handle.

This is by far one of my all-time favorite pocket knives to carry, with only one major drawback. That being said, the thumb stud is housed a little too closely to the edge of the handle to really get any single hand action opening.

The action would have had a heavy impact on my interest for this line, however the knife is specially designed for a "open-on-withdraw" manual action. This style of action is designed for the guard to be caught by your pants pocket lip as you withdraw it and "bam" you have an open knife as soon as you release it from it's "resting place".

This for me was the huge selling point of the folder, of which it's not only very convenient but a terrific conversational piece to show your friends just how cool your blade is.
