Old Hickory 10 in. Butcher Kitchen Knife

It's hard to find the old timey style carbon steel kitchen cutlery knives like they had years ago. Well, Ontario Knife Company still makes these knives from high carbon steel here in the USA. the Old Hickory line has been around for longer than 100 years.

Brass riveted hardwood handles, and fully heat treated 1095 tool steel blades. Caution, high carbon steel will rust if not properly cared for!...Clean and oil after use, and keep out of the dishwasher!
