We ship via US Priority Mail
Our current minimum shipping charge is 6.95 plus 1.00 per each additional item
US MAIL will take 24-48 hours to process on regular business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
The Christmas season and other Holidays will extend our shipping times
EXCEPTIONS TO BASE RATES
Rates apply to orders shipped in one box only.
Large, oversized, or extra heavy orders, may require additional fees.
Examples of oversized items are;
swords, canes, machetes, hawks
Examples of extra heavy items are;
kitchen block sets, large sharpening stones, sharpening kits, outdoor hunting kits,
throwing knife sets, large hunting knives, bowies
Be very careful of shipping swords by Air, they may be overweight and oversized - shipping can run high.
Shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect exceptions
If package shipping runs over our base shipping rates,
we will charge actual shipping costs only.

All US Mail, PO Box, APO, FPO, AK, and HI, shipments will ship US Priority Mail.
US Mail Shipping is not free, it is based on our Base Rates. Our automated shipping charges will be incorrect. Shipping will be manually calculated by our shipping department at actual cost if actual shipping charges are over our base shipping rates. If actual shipping cost is more than our base rates we will never charge you more than the actual cost of shipping and insurance. If you accidentally choose the wrong shipping method, for PO Box, AK, HI, or APO FPO addresses, our shipping department will change the shipping method for you.

BACKORDERS incur shipping charges, but usually at a lesser rate, based on original order and items shipped.
TEXAS ORDERS, orders that ship within Texas, add tax .0825.
Shipping is taxable in Texas.
No COD's
We only ship to the 50 US States, US Territories, and US APO / FPO Military orders.
We do not ship International orders or accept International Credit Cards to ship to the USA.
Returns:
1. email sales@theknifestore.com within 10 days of delivery for a return authorization number and shipping instructions Monday-Friday.
Please place this RA# number on the outside of your package or our receiving department may refuse the shipment.
2. RA# are good for 10 days; include a copy of your invoice.
3. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and insured.
4. Merchandise must be in 100% resalable new/unused condition with original boxes and papers (condition of product as determined by us).
Do not return merchandise in padded envelopes, it destroys the original boxes and can damage the knives.
5. Merchandise returned after 10 days or returned with no RA number may not be accepted.
6.Shipping is not refundable for any reason, and we do not pay for return shipping for any reason.
7. All refunds are with the original purchaser only.
8. All returns / refused / canceled orders are charged a 20% restocking fee.
9. Items purchased mail-order or through the internet must be returned by US Mail or UPS, no on-site returns.
Shortages / Damages:
Shortages and shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. You must keep all shipping boxes, invoices and packing: without them claims will be denied. USPS will want to inspect them. Contact us for instructions to insure proper credit or replacement.
